Online or in-person, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts by setting up a 1-year, 3-year, 5-year and 10-years set of financial goals. Online or in-person, these sessions will occur on an as needed basis as clients make changes to their portfolio by adding, subtracting or trading properties. These sessions will hold you accountable as we search for a new deal, execute a 1031 exchange, sell a property or work on leveraging up. These periods of change can be arduous and time consuming. We walk with you side-by-side to run scenarios, analyze, model out and strategize how to best bolster your returns and optimize outcomes to achieve financial freedom. Online Access to your Real Estate Portfolio
You will have a secure, encrypted login to your portfolio through our software tool. This access is similar to accessing your bank accounts but for your real estate investments. Here you can review your portfolio, run scenarios such as a refinance, a sale, a 1031 or changing rents or operating expenses to see how it will help you achieve your goals. The system is robust and detailed with metrics that will help you make decisions.
